Since 2015 Leitch Properties has focused on providing streamlined, built-to-suit solutions to Fortune 500 users requiring facilities in multiple markets nationwide. To date, the company has developed projects using that business model in 11 states.
Leitch Properties is a real estate investment and development company based in Houston, Texas. We plan, develop and maintain an extensive portfolio of properties throughout the United States, emphasizing industrial and product shipping facilities built using tilt wall and steel framing building practices.

Justin Leitch
Owner & Principal
Justin Leitch founded Leitch Properties and remains directly involved in every project. He is also a principal at Dkota Investments, a national build-to-suit company specializing in industrial and warehouse development for Fortune 500 companies.
With over a decade of experience in industrial and residential construction, Justin continues to develop build-to-suit distribution warehouses across the country. A Houston resident since 2009, he brings a hands-on, relationship-first approach to every client he serves.
