Leitch Properties is a premier boutique builder that specializes in designing and building high-quality luxury residences in West University, Texas, and surrounding areas. Leitch Properties was started by Justin Leitch, an active resident of West University since 2009. Justin is also a principal at Dkota Investments, a national build to suit company that specializes in industrial and warehouse development for various Fortune 500 companies. Justin has over a decade of experience in industrial and residential construction. He continues to develop build-to-suit distribution warehouses all over the country.

We build homes each year that are made available to the open market specifically for buyers who want to take immediate possession. The sites are carefully selected, and the homes are designed and built with the highest level of quality, care and attention to design detail – thus maintaining and elevating Houston’s latest home trends.

Our design department provides services to ensure the architecture, function, and visual aspects of the exteriors and interiors are cohesive and enhance the quality of your living environment. We will work directly with you, or together with your designer, throughout the building process to facilitate a rewarding execution of your project.
